How to Upscale Your Image

1

Upload Your Image

Drop in a JPEG, PNG, or WebP up to 10 MB. The tool reads your image dimensions to pre-check the Topaz size limit.

2

Pick a Scale Factor

Choose 1x to just enhance, or 2x / 4x / 8x to enlarge. The button shows credits cost and warns if the factor exceeds Topaz's 20,000-pixel cap.

3

Upscale & Download

Click Upscale and watch the progress ring. When it finishes, preview the result and download the enhanced image.

AI Image Upscaler — FAQ

What image formats and sizes are supported?

We accept JPEG, PNG, and WebP up to 10 MB. The longest side of the input multiplied by your chosen factor must stay under 20,000 pixels — for example, a 4,000 px image works at 4x but not 8x.

When should I use 1x?

Choose 1x when your image is already at the size you need but looks soft, noisy, or compressed. 1x runs the Topaz enhance pipeline without changing the resolution, so it's purely a quality boost.

How are credits calculated?

Pricing scales with output complexity: 1x costs 3 credits, 2x costs 6, 4x costs 15, and 8x costs 30. Higher factors mean more pixels for Topaz to render, which is why the cost rises.
